How ATC Steps In
November 16th, 2025
I wanted to make you all aware of a critical incident that occurred over the weekend and ATC’s response.
I was notified that there were multiple Officers shot in Osage County, Ks (20 minutes south of Topeka). My resources on the ground of the incident were able to confirm they had 3 Osage County Deputies shot and one Kansas State Trooper shot while on the scene of a domestic violence call. All were rushed to local hospitals and undergoing emergency surgeries.
I was able to gather enough detailed information from their respected agencies to inform my board of directors of each Officers cricial in nature injuries. Our ATC board unanimously voted to donate $5k to all four of the injured Officers and their families. This morning I drove to the Osage County Sheriff’s Department and met with the Sheriff and their command staff. There I explained each of these donations were on behalf of our great community and ATC is just the conduit that our communities support flows through. From there I drove to Topeka and delivered our donation to the Kansas Highway Patrol Troopers at Troop HQ.
I wanted to make you all aware of our involvement and the quick action ATC is able to take thanks to each and every one of you. Your genorsity and support allows ATC to react to these types of incidents within hours of the event. Today’s donation puts our total year to date donations at over $265,000 donated to first responders across the states of Missouri and Kansas.
God bless and thank you for your amazing support…
